My husband took me to Lefay and we had a truly wonderful time. It is very private and the views over the lake are just incredible. Our stay was quite romantic as we had a few treatments together in the private spa. It was based on a Greek legend about a couple in love which gave the whole experience a romantic feel. Our afternoon ended in a grotto with a glass of sweet wine and biscuits. It was a very special weekend!

I highly recommend this spa resort if you are looking to de-stress in the most beautiful surroundings. The resort is built into the hillside and it overlooks the stunning Lake Garda and charming villages – this is probably the most striking region of Italy I’ve ever been to. I was particularly impressed by Lefay’s decor which was light and airy but very authentic and elegant. I found the staff friendly and helpful; nothing was too much trouble for them. My stay started with an energy interview which was very insightful and I was recommended a programme of treatments to help me de-stress. Energy massages and facial treatments were fabulous - they were gentle but I was impressed how effective they were after just a few days. The exercise and activity offering is excellent. There are daily exercise classes and a fantastic fitness studio that overlooks the lake. My favourite areas were the salt water lake pool and saunas, as well as the energy and therapeutic garden which I found very spiritual.
The food was absolutely delicious. They offer a variety of traditional and seasonal Italian dishes, as well as a lighter menu. My stay was truly wonderful. I felt relaxed and re-energised and I would recommend Lefay to everyone looking for an authentic and stylish Italian holiday combined with great treatments.
